The 3158 actually has a meaning y'know...
Other then both main characters wear powered suits of armor each series has very little in common with one another.
That said, Ironman first appeared March 1963 while Metroid August 1986.
Is Tony trying on his grand-daughter's suit? (14 years is a long time in comic/video game terms)

a picture: Don't do anythin' fancy...
just take the damn pencil & sketch
the sunnuva bitch until it's done!
In english: Always stick to basics...it helps!
But come on, aren't you allowed to stretch the truth just a little in the name of comedy?
(Not that either series actually counts as truth...
But you see what I mean.)
